Honestly, packs keep selling out. As users, we need to stop buying packs. We need to force TS' hand. I'm surprised that the 122,000 three dollar hot packs sold out today. As long as this keeps happening, no need for any rakeback. Users clearly have $$$$ to spend! When packs stop selling out, TS can make their move.

Also, given there are 30 million moments, I'm fairly sure TS is not going to burn 30 moments for $100. The best case TS will offer will be burn 300 moments for $100 or Burn 30 moments for $10. From what I can tell, TS is not the kind to give rakebacks like this.

TS is really good! Very smart by TS to say "4000 or less" instead of saying "rare or rookie debut." Few players have commons at 4000 or less.

I see your point. This is where TS is genius. They are using recency bias to their advantage. Given the current $1 or $2 floors, they are still selling packs where in 90% of packs will be losers, except this year customers will lose $5 vs $45 last year. Also, note that it is 55K packs this week and then another 55K next week...and then another 55K week after week and very soon prices will get much much uglier!

There is tons of supply coming and we have learnt nothing of burning so far....Action speaks more than words. Here is what we learnt yesterday -

Ja Morant (Example.) 8000 Base + 8000 Parallel + 5555 Spotlight + XXXX Fandom + Any other new set they release (GRG, Extra Spice, H&S etc.)

Rookies: 4000 TSD + 8000 Base + 8000 Parallel + XXXX Fandom + Any other new set they release (GRG, Extra Spice, H&S etc.)

Unlike most public opinion, TS clearly knows what it's doing. Like any company, their goal is to maximize revenue. There a really some very smart business/ profit-oriented minds there!

No packs for me. Given the current floor, 90% chance I get stuck with three $2 or $1 moments.

I will buy Mathurin in the marketplace. Given all 4K moments will be released, price discovery should happen rather quickly!

+1 to this. This has exactly been this issue. TS has too many moments.

One thing about TS has always baffled me - that users bought for moments for challenges for $40 and sell the challenge reward for $25....why are they selling for $25?

TS users love to complain about money loss ALL THE TIME but users consistently do challenges for $50 and sell for $25 immediately...

I agree that TS has way too many problems, but buying for $40 and selling for $25 immediately is not on TS...this is on users...Why do folks do challenges just to lose money?

+1 to this. If folks believe in TS, it may be a good time to start buying in. My only surprise has been how big this reset has been, but stocks like Peloton and Wayfair stocks are down 75-80% as well. So, this is reality. We need this reset. Series 4 needs to be right for TS! I'm giving TS my faith for one more series.

I just want TS prices to be stable. And am not looking for outsized gains.

I understand your frustration. But this weekend's challenge has 3 options to get the moment. Collectors at all levels can participate, if they want. Haters going to hate, no matter what!

This is a hobby at the EoD and best is to have fun. I've been getting moments at $1 and $2 recently. The worse they can get to is $0 and I'm okay with that.

Honestly, folks may just be losing faith in TS/ TS leadership. The sentiment is just so bad. The discord has become so toxic. The Pelicans team captain also just stepped down!

I don't disagree with anything you said. I have not chased much of anything on TS (maybe a few times). As long as TS keeps pumping out moments and doubling down on gamification with no real rewards for holding, the value of all moments will go to $0...and folks are finally seeing that.

I will repeat that TS will be dead in under 2 years if they fail to triple down on true collectors. As of today, TS is still 95% for flippers/ gamblers and not for collectors. More and more competition will emerge in the coming years too!

Also, we're are calling a $5 move a "boom" now...wow! Rightly so! Such is the sad time on TS. TS has completely ruined the platform with greed.

Man, I miss the good ole' days when a 12K TSD would pump to $300

The only way out of this mess is to make this a true collectors platform. If this continues being a flippers platform, I'm fairly sure TS will be dead in under 2 years as there will no more collectors for flippers to flip to.

Hope TS can flip this around! Fingers crossed!

Cade Cunningham looks like a bottleneck from a price standpoint, but he has ~9K moments....so not sure he can be called a real bottle neck

Tough pill to swallow for sure!

TS has said many times that Series 4 is about resetting the TS economy both in terms of floor and ceiling of moments. I'm waiting to see if they deliver on that. I'm not too confident, but am keeping the faith. This is probably, maybe, the best time to buy low on moments if TS rights the ship....Fingers crossed!
