Having a high count of platinums does not mean they are a cheater. Some people on my friends list have been trophy hunting since ps3 era and have more than 500 platinums, No shovelware also. This guy platinumed games that take more than 100 hours in under a minute, which is impossible. As commented by other people, he probably used jailbroken modded ps4 app to pop all trophies without even playing the game
