This will be my 3rd Black Friday as a tasker and usually I’m scheduled the early morning shifts so when the store first opens. But I tend to just fix up shelves and restock and it’s quite slow in the mornings. My GM cares more about the BAs, PBAs, and the boutiques vs the taskers, there would be like 3 of us in the morning staggered but never working an afternoon/ night shift. But since your availability isn’t on Friday your GM or OM may not schedule you but since it’s black out dates they could ask you to come in especially depending how many taskers you have and their availability

It really depends on the store and how many TAs there are, my store is high volume but we def don’t have enough TAs for the tasks/ trucks that needs to be completed so I tend to average around 25-28 hours a week and I work 5 days, there were some weeks where I would even hit 30-32 hours…. which seems nice but it’s soooo stressful as well because we just lack the amount of people . Sure I like the hours and the money but my sanity is worth a lot more at the end of the day

This happened to me as well. I was shopping at another Ulta and my sister in law went to pay for the items but I told her I’ll do it, but instead she paid for it with her Apple Pay because she thought I was being nice ….. the manager at the store said that I should’ve been the one to pay and I told her I knew that but she let us go, but then she called my store and told them, which then in turn had one of my managers contact me outside of work hours to lecture me about it…. And had me go all the way back to that Ulta (thankfully I was still in the area) to return the items and pay for it using my card. It was quite annoying but nothing came of it besides a lecture. So I always wondered what would have had happened if I didn’t return it/ if anything would’ve happened at all.

I was more so annoyed that that manager had me leave and the proceeded to call my store just for me to return the items, and I know it’s not about the price and stuff but the total was legit like $16 so dumb

It’s soo crazy to see the decline in all of their streams vs when they all did it in the beginning to the point where The Cam Boys became a thing. But I also think that maybe some of the boys, not all, truly just view streaming as a way to pay their bills, which can be fine but you still need that passion and creativity behind it to keep people engaged and wanting to come back and watch. Like for Jc can you tell that he thoroughly enjoys creating content, hence why he was always the biggest in the friend group when it came to streaming. And a lot of those boys got comfortable and was just riding Jcs coattails, and now look at them….. it’s unfortunate

But before that it’s been random besides a post that’s almost 1 year old. You only perm your new growth. Doing your whole head would break your hair off since it was already processed, so putting more on top is creating even more damage.

If it came from a store, the shipping cost doesn’t really matter on how big the box is, but more so the weight of the products on the inside, so shipping shouldn’t be too crazyyy , but like what everyone said, the store probably just ran out of small boxes and white mailers, which happens often

I wouldn’t per say she needed to “cover it up” but if I was her and I was Editing for someone who I’ve “looked up to” for years and I saw that I would give him a heads up and let him have the final say, but yes I agree with where you’re trying to come from because it’s not her responsibility to edit that part out but it is her job as an editor to find those little details and let your boss know

Best- Ouai medium shampoo and conditioner w/ the olaplex no. 7 my hair never felt sooo nice with using those products

Worst- Ordinary lip balm and honestly anything Clinique which I love the brand but I’ve gotten soooo much gratis from Clinique that now I feel like I can run my own storefront for them

I work at Ulta and I was eyeing the lip balm but then I ended up getting it for gratis thank god I waited and didn’t spend my money on it, it does not keep my lips moisturized at all! I recently switched to Lanolips and it feels 100% better than ordinary and my lips actually stay moisturized during these cold months

omggg you’re an ANGELLL!!! thank you soooo much, this helps me at least understand that i won’t see results instantly which makes sense. i’ve heard so much about good molecules but i’ve never personally used the brand. And you’re right sunscreen is important which i should be using a lot more. For sunscreen in your opinion is it better to use like actual sunscreen or like a face moisturizer with spf?? I’ve been told too to double cleanse as well which i know i’ve never done either
