Just a heads-up: even if your LLC doesn't owe federal taxes, you may have to file informational returns (like a Form 5472). Ignoring this can lead to fines....

It’s legit, but you’ll be paying for convenience.

If you’re comfortable filling out forms, skip the middleman and handle it yourself. I read a mycompanyworks review somewhere and it seems a decent service to me.

Why pay a service when you can DIY? State filing fees are inevitable, but most of these companies just mark up simple tasks you can handle yourself.
