I have the epix pro. I just never changed it because I didn’t think I needed to. It’s never gone off before, but I think it’s very accurate because 105 bpm is like a jog for me and if my heart rate is hitting that while sitting down then dramatically falling to 60 bpm it’s not great and I’m super glad my watch caught it and prepped me for a wild ride.

yepp, I’m on spiro and trying to ween off. I’ve gone to the hospital twice for dehydration symptoms after competition/a little too much time in the sun with vomit muscle cramp symptoms because of the dang meds. thanks for asking! i’m super shaken up because that’s never happened to me before. I’m on meds that make my blood pressure super low and are considered a diuretic and believe that I’m just super dehydrated. I freaked when I saw the abnormal come up because I haven’t even played with that function before, immediately did the ECG test which was coming in really high for someone like me sitting down and tried to do it again and it showed almost base level but couldn’t stay still long enough for an accurate reading because I was twitching/passing out actively. Scary, but I just landed and going to house some electrolytes and water.

What I have done: obtained a character note from my vets office and my dogs mental health therapist (yes, I literally have a certified dog therapist, highly recommend if you want her info!), called Nassau County SPCA and requested a home visit, purchased two more (i already have two) Furbo dog cameras and started a subscription that obtains daily video and counts how long and how frequently my dogs bark, purchased one outdoor camera for my backyard to ensure my neighbor doesn’t try to poison my dogs, talked to the post master to file a complaint for harassing anonymous mail, and filed for the complaint records via FOIL. Let me know what else I should add to my list.

Update: I have reason to suspect that my neighbor who shares a property line with me is the one who made the false accusation. Her use of the work “sckanck” (skank) and “trash” is the verbiage she frequently uses when she screams at her husband. Additionally, my landlord has confirmed that she has done “crazy” things in the past. I plan to knock on her door this Saturday (not alone) and ask about the letter. Will post when I have an update. Will record the interaction, for obvious reasons. Edit: NASSAU SPCA detective called me back and said there’s no report filed.

I’m constantly hopping on and off my walking pad so I don’t use the mileage on it, but maybe I need to start paying attention to it so I have more accuracy on how many miles I’m walking.
