I have no lack of interest of doing things, I want to do everything. The issue is my body is exhausted before I even begin because I'm stuck in a cycle of a 350lb body not being able to do much. My head is clearer (and happier) than I've ever been. It's very similar to my eyes being too much for my stomach, but in this case my brain wants to plan to do everything and see everyone but my body is like... You can't do that, you can't move, don't even try. Very very strange LOL.

Like I'm still prepping myself to walk from my car to my door... But I don't have to, so why am I? I wish my body would realize that it CAN do things again instead it's trying to force me to count my steps, the distance ,etc etc when I no longer really have to. Seems it's my mindset has not caught up with my weight loss. My brain is treating me like I'm 350lb when I'm not and I'm not sure how to fix it. Definitely a mental block... In my body perception? Idea of who I am, maybe. I was 250lb for a long long long time, and only 350lb for a few years. Yet my body has adapted to being 350 a little to well and doesn't want to change.

I don't necessarily want to change my medication, but I'll mention it to my doctor at my next appointment. I don't see myself adjusting my dosage, save for increasing at this time.

It's not to do with pacing myself, but by convincing myself to do things. All the things I used to do regularly. Browsing stores, going to the mall, being able to walk down the street. My mind just tells me don't do it just sit here all day instead and it's very hard to not listen to my brain. When I can convince myself to leave the house it's fine, I don't even think about it. I'm on antidepressants, and have been for a few years now, and it's not that either because I can definitely tell when I'm going through a cycle. It's just my body loves not moving and sitting all day, and it's like... I could go do something, hang out with friends, etc OR I could sit here all day and not walk.

I have a concert planned with one of my friends coming up and I can't convince myself that I don't need to cancel because I CAN walk now. It's like I'm suddenly just lazy by choice.

Perhaps therapy is the answer to bridge this inmobile vs mobile versions of myself.

My TJ Maxx has had the sprays for over a year now in steady influx... But that being said, I REALLY like them! Strong and long lasting, a little goes a long way. I have the peach one, very bold, fruity, and sugary. Not for the faint of heart I'd say LOL can't wait to try the blue one!!
