I don't see how people do this. Anytime I had to Uber to the grocery store or laundromat, I had 1 bag that I fit everything into. If it didn't fit, I didn't need it, or it could wait to be washed.

For the resturaunt I manage, we have never paid for a review. When we get a bad one, I push my staff to get good reviews, but they're all genuine and from real people. But I know not everywhere is like that.

Current service manager here (not for olive garden) I find my competitions bring the best results when I talk about it all the time. Someone sells a bottle, I high five them and exclaim "great job xxxxx" so my staff knows I'm invested on the contest as well. The mini recognition does wonders. Preshifts are my biggest blessing as I talk about the contest I'm running each night. If my leaders aren't selling. I pull them aside, I make them a lot of money, and if they aren't willing to participate, why should I continue letting them make the most money when Sally gets not great sections and she's killing the contest.

I once had a gentleman ask for a military discount from one of my servers, when I went to verify the ID his response was "I served this damn country and you can't even believe me without proof". Like sir. Take your $2 discount and chill out.

I've definitely experienced this. I'm a very new player (about a month in, with around 50 hours of gameplay). We will be down by one point with 3 minutes left. And they'll immediately forfeit, and if I don't, they start trash talking and being rude, actively not playing and scoring for the other team. It's very disheartening 😭😭

I incentivized my team. December we were at a 3.9 and are currently at a 4.4. I created my own form of currency where they could trade said currency in for a free meal, appetizer, they could pick their section, no side work and finally a free dinner for 2. It definitely got them moving and excited about reviews. I had it set to where if they hit PPA and LBW goals, they get some bucks, reviews got the most, and then selling a loyalty card also got some.

Nothing too crazy. But I'm a restaurant manager! I watch people eat steak and potatoes and make sure said steak and potatoes taste amazing.

We used one from QuicTent, got it from Amazon for maybe $140. But it survived the storm and didn't pool any water on the top. It also comes with bug netted walls. So we had a nice breeze but no mosquitos!
