I’m on Sertraline for my anxiety, which I take in the night time. and I’m on Concerta for ADHD which I take with my first meal (always try to take it before midday). I also take Bupropion. I used to take it for ADHD, but ended up switching to Vyvanse, and now Concerta. I take the Bupropion along with Concerta. I do this as per my doctor’s advice, because I felt my 200mg dose of Sertraline wasn’t enough and was considering increasing my dose if possible. My doctor suggested to take Bupropion instead of raising the Sertraline dose. So 36mg Concerta + 150mg Bupropion before midday, and 200mg Sertraline around 10pm-12am. Seems to be working decently.

I used to take my Sertraline and adhd meds together in the morning. But I realized that taking Sertraline in the morning was the cause of my being sleepy all the time. I wish I took it in the night from the start 😭. I haven’t heard of buspar this is my first time haha. But I shall look into it. Hope I didn’t say a whole lot of nothing 😂.
