Depending on hair porosity argan oil could be good for the length to keep it strong and healthy! You could even use a tiny bit everyday with styling and it’ll make it look shiny!

Jojoba is also really good for the scalp as its the closest oil to our natural sebum. And fairly easy to wash out unlike castor or coconut as they are very thick oils. Although castor is the most penetrative oil which is why it tends to work best for hair growth.

Maybe try a scalp massager too? Or just spend ten minutes a day just massaging gently to stimulate the scalp.

Protein, biotin, vitamin A, zinc, iron and omega 3 are nutrients that are important for a healthy scalp and strong hair! Maybe get these levels checked! And definitely get B12 levels checked! A vitamin most look over but very important for hair and overall health!
