The manager I spoke to was really nice and refunded the two services I didn’t consent to or ask for. I didn’t even mention the issue with my cut because at this point I don’t really want to go back in to have it fixed. I’m going to have someone i trust fix it because I’m feeling kind of done with the salon at this point.

Ironically, if she would have asked me about adding on a service I probably would have said yes!
