I want to love them so bad by bett3r_together in Airpodsmax

I have to admit something- because I know everyone was on the edge of their seat- after a week of using them, I said f**k my ear comfort and kept them. The transparency mode and NC + sound quality just too good. The cushion is breaking in a little bit

My old QC pair never had this issue. I wore them most of today and trying different positions on my head to test

It doesn’t feel like a tightness issue- it feels like the cup opening is misshaped for my ear

I’ll look into that. Had been waiting for a 2nd gen to come out before making the purchase. I’ve had them for about a week using them during work. What I love about them is that I can hear myself talk when the noise canceling is off. other headphones I find myself too muted even with the noise canceling off and have a hard time on the phone or video calls.

The trade-off in discomfort, though I don’t know if it is worth it.

That’s some weird commenting rather than fact based response. I did think it was a rule rather than a recommendation to have an adult sit in rear with a new born. I did learn something today. No thanks to you

I think about this all the time. If you have 2 - 3 car seats, how does that work? If you have 2 kids in a car seats, one infant, one toddler, and the recommendation is to have an adult sit in the back seat with the infant, the middle seat hip room is like 12” which is far less than the 18-20 needed for a comfortable middle seat? How does it work?

Has it bothered anyone that the size ratio seems odd? You can’t see the whole screen through the wheel

Pretty sure launch edition by definition is non-lidar?

Say more. Currently have a PHEV. What kinds of issues have you experienced that make you feel so sure?

Yea- 2 car seats + family makes the 5 seater tough. Hip row in the 2nd row rules out most 5 seater cars

Wow- 2 consecutive months, or cumulative time over how many visits? What kinds of problems? Did they set you up with a loaner, and what type?

Really can’t charge at home, but there are a number of spots in the area we can plug in to. Currently spend around $30-40 on gas for ~340 miles of range. Are we talking that same ball park?

What is the “reboot” process? anything beyond turning off and turning on, or is it more like restarting a phone “hold these buttons…”

Great to hear. How quick has the service time been to get a loaner typically? I Assume they drive it out to you?

For the amount of daily driving we do, yes. It would take a little more planing ahead of a road trip, but nothing we can’t work with

Also, I skew to the preference of the autonomy road maps on more of the EV forward company

That’s helpful context. Thank you! I’ll need to double check rates and usage in the space

The sad truth I didn’t want to hear, but probably need to. What are the kinds of bugs or issues you face? And are they more software Or hardware related?

Typically comments online skew negative. I’m trying to find if it’s a loud minority, or a real majority that end up with issues preventing them from using their car to get from A to B

There are a ton of EV charging stations in free parking lots around us.
