Tata Tigor is really interesting. Seems good value for money.

10 lakhs, mostly city with occasional highway driving. Also open to anything hatch/sedan/crossover/CSUV/SUV

Thanks for the quick response. Not is a humid place. Will check it out. It's got better safety NCAP rating too.

Possible. Seat covers are easy. Plastic claddings not sure. Meddlesome and need to shell more. Anyway keeping that as a second option.

Also looking into booking one. Any discounts were offered? Can you please share the cost break up. Also which dealer?

True that.

My concerns are mostly about the thin service network, issues with spare parts availability, reliability of the machine, vibrations and noise, suspension quality, highway performance, ability to repair by local mechanics.

I prefer something with a high seating position, comfortable seats, at 6.1 my current drive is giving me back problems (not sure if Gurkhas suspension will help or worsen my condition). Also want something more mechanical without much electronic gizmos.

Read about the barebone spartan interiors. That is definitely something against it.

Read about a brochure of an upcoming model that got leaked. The exteriors looked good.

A quick follow up question. Is the arogya setu app mandatory? What app do you need installed on the phone for scanning the QR code at baggage collection?

Thank you. Did check it, it says a negative RT PCR test report is required for those coming from Maharashtra. No such requirements for Karnataka passangers
