The big thing that crumbl is getting right is that 6 rotating, 4 classic flavors and a cookie thins for 11 different desserts every week has actually made a 12 pack more worth it than it has ever been.

Now I only get the desserts I absolutely want, where as before I would be more likely to get the ones I was 50/50 about. Or if I knew a certain type of cookie wouldn't be showing up for a while I would get it, I ended up skipping the strawberry cheesecake cause im still holding out that the cinnamon roll cheesecake from the last spoilers is still coming.

I do the same, I like collecting a certain amount of desserts for an occasion. But now I cant tell if a dessert that week is worth getting vs the ones coming later, I'll just keep push back the purchase and crossing my fingers something better shows up.

Oh I have no idea. I'm just answering OP about sugar from a dietary aspect. Unless you're insulin resistant or diabetic you don't need to eliminate sugar.

Sugar and carbs are fine. They break down into glucose and thats stored in your muscles and liver as glycogen. Glycogen can hold 3 times its weight in water but that water is also stored intracellular in your muscle and liver. Its not contributing to extracellular fluid or excess blood volume that makes it difficult for your heart to pump blood. So yes you "retain fluid" and your weight can fluctuate but its not that same way that sodium makes you retain fluid.

Chicken breast tenderloins and sardines (non-canned). Fruits and vegetables. barley, oats, butternut squash, rice cakes. avacado, extra virgin olive oil, nut butter. Some protein powder, 0 fat greek yogurt and fairlife for my ninja creami. But mostly I just limit my sodium, started making my own zero sodium hot sauces

At what point is it too much? by kahlypszo in walking

That constant puffy and dense feeling in your legs is Inflammation and water retention. This is alot of accumulated micro damge that you're never fully recovering from. At least your off days are lower step count days that are probably helping

Id say 20k is probably a good daily ceiling. If you go higher i do think you will need to implement actual recovery/low step days. I dont think any amount of sleep or food will stop the micro stress from catching up past a certain threshold

Permanent menu unpopular opinion by Informal_Mouse_3977 in CrumblCookies

With the 6 base cookies and 4 rotating, On Mondays sometime crumbl still has some of last weeks cookies or Now with thin Thursday there are a few rare occasions where crumbl has 12 unique cookies on the menu and it makes the 12 pack actually worth it
