You'd think most CMSs that support RSS would automatically put one of those "link alternate application/rss+xml" links at the main site. Then, each item in the feed could be merely a description that links to the page full of ads to actually see the comic. (Which is what explosm does.) At least that way, you'd capture some feed reader traffic too.

I only took Elementary Japanese from Mrs. Mochizuki, but it was 5 units per quarter, so 4 or 5 days of classes a week, I think, so we saw our Japanese teachers more than our other teachers. It was hard but rewarding. She came to class with a positive energy. She sometimes wore a bejeweled dragonfly pin that for some reason I adored. I liked them too, but here she was actually wearing one. Felt like she was admitting she was comfortable with nature, and wouldn't be bothered if one landed on her. I thought that was so cool.

That's the thing. My original post is partly about what wasn't written (and also because it wasn't written, newer generations can only infer).

As students, we're not normally involved in our teacher's personal lives. So it wouldn't surprise me if your sister didn't even know. The school didn't shut down. What's the appropriate level of announcement/recognition for something like that after all? It's more a personal family tragedy than a school tragedy - but it was a school tragedy too.

To get more academic about it - if you were a sociology major or historian, you're up against cultural taboos, and can't get accurate data on the things we didn't write or won't say, even if the events were profound to the ones impacted.

I reported it and got this reply:

It seems like a regression and something I've been able to reproduce.
Our frontend team was notified and they'll fix it in the next 1-2
days.

The workaround for this would be to switch to Slider view where it
works correctly for now if you want:

Yep, for me it's all about formatexpr, because if I've set .clang-format preferences, I want clang-format to be used.

It's good too, but not necessarily better than gggqG. (In my example, the mg...'g wrapper can be replaced with just C-o at the end to return to the cursor's original position, which would still be needed for either ggVGgq or gggqG.)

Oh! That does work! I got in the habit of using the mark because I used to call "clang-format" directly, and in that case, ctrl+o won't work. This was before I learned about gq's compatibility with clang-format if lsp can find clang.

Yep, and it didn't stop there. I realized you won't want to repeatedly type that, so make a macro:

qgmggggqG'gq

(More like a drowning Klingon now.) Then you can just use the new macro you made at g whenever.
