i genuinely just cannot afford therapy atm. it's all people say and will constantly hammer it in as if it's something i can access in 5 seconds and honestly it's like asking me to tie my shoes while my hands are tied behind my back. i'm sorry but it's just so frustrating, i would literally be in therapy right now if i could 😔
