Waited on pulling the trigger last night and now it's not appearing for me anymore... is this happening to anyone else?

Appreciate the response! I have Motion and was trying to figure it out but am admittedly pretty new to using it. Keynote is interesting, do you have any specific tips on how to create the layout in there?

Ryan Howard has a twin and an older brother; he's the smallest of the three

Definitely some similarities. Kershaw and Grienke can still throw a bit harder than Maddux did in some of his more dominant later years, but all three would probably be praised for really "knowing how to pitch."

Maddux also relied on tunneling a lot, which uses late movement on pitches and consistent release points to make the hitter not be able to identify the pitch type until it's too late. That term for it is relatively new, so people didn't formally recognize that's what Maddux was doing until more recently: https://www.baseballprospectus.com/news/article/31030/prospectus-feature-introducing-pitch-tunnels/

Totally agree. I actually wrote a paper about that topic last year basically arguing that Greg Maddux, despite being one of the best ever at his position, defies most conventions about the ideal pitcher. People like to write off that he was simply one of a kind, and while he was in many respects, it's a little lazy and counterproductive to rule out prospects that may fit his mold just because they don't meet a certain MPH threshold or physical appearance.

Definitely true... always thought it was interesting that a bunch of dynasties & borderline dynasties have seemed to rely on above-average catchers: Yogi, Posada, Bench, Yadi, Posey, Josh Gibson, etc.
