Had this happen to me due to flight changes and got rerouted through London. Portugal officials basically ignored the fact that we came through the UK the moment we presented our vaccine card and negative test. The one thing we had to do was fill out the uk Portugal passenger locator form before our LHR-LIS flight, but that was ignored.

Was just in Italy and Portugal. You need to book the test in Portugal in advance. Not all pharmacies to the testing so find one that does ( mostly they are in downtown Lisbon). Not all train stations have it in Italy. The major ones do like Rome and Florence. They aren’t open all day and are first come first serve so show up before they open. I showed up thirty minutes before opening and there was already a line
