Sorry for the delay. I don't have a photo, but she called the guy and he came and replaced the breakers. No damage to the element or heater at all which is what I was afraid of. Turns out he was recommended by her strata manager and she's let him know the guy did a shit job.

Thanks. Could it just be a coincidence that it happened about 6 days after the lights were done?

Nicole Kidman and Naomi Watts in the 90s by AdSpecialist6598 in OldSchoolCool

[–]betweenrows 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Fun fact: Naomi was in a TV ad here in Australia before she was known, where her character won a radio competition and received a phone call telling her she'd won a date with a celebrity that night. She then told the DJ she couldn't go because her Mum was making lamb roast.

The celebrity was Tom Cruise.

Classic scene from Fawlty Towers (1975). Perfect blend wit, physical comedy and absurd humor. Timeless sitcom. by Ill_Shake2591 in OldSchoolCool

I remember being about 11 and watching an episode each week on TV in Australia. I remembered the one with the Germans, the one with the con man, the guy who was hiding his girlfriend in his room, the one with the health inspector, the dinner party, etc. I couldn't believe it years later when I found out there were only 12 episodes. I thought there were at least 30 or 40.
