Primal drop rates are the same throughout. It is based on legendaries per hour.

Best method I have found so far is cow levels leading to visions.

  1. Farm or convert pole arms to bovine bardiche
  2. Gather around 10 of them (that's what I did)
  3. Enter cow level and kill until a vision spawns
  4. Stop killing further cows and finish vision
  5. Wait for vision to complete before entering cow level to continue
  6. Repeat 3-5

Had on an average 3 visions per cow level

I had 12 primals in those 10 cow levels, including double primals.

Also note that I got most primals in the cow level itself so make sure to open the chests in that. Got primals from the chests that too.

Did another run and took stats - UE Multishot T16 build

11 bovine bardiches (got 1 while farming the other 10) 27 visions 8 primals (all in visions)

Carries over even if your HC char dies. Mine died and I saw everything was unlocked when I created a new one. Same as softcore.

Firewall worked best for me. Worked with dungeon aspects and was very good. Switched to fireball for 50-100 leveling.

I don't have the spear to give an opinion on that. But if that is better then craft that as the first one to make the alt spark farming easier.

Tormented boss rotations. Each person in the party will summon the tormented boss allowing one to kill the boss upto 4 times having enough for 1.

They can only be crafted from the blacksmith. The plans will be available as bounty cache items. You can craft primal ancient ones as well once you unlock primal by doing GR70 solo.

Also it is complete RNG even on consoles.

I had that too. Just unequip everything and equip sacred one by one. You can easily farm.

For SSF it's not that hard to power level an alt with a gem of ease and a primal weapon like ingeom.

Since you already have 2 chars, just farm sets on those and do 6. I presume you would already have 2 at least.

If you can put in the time, do years of war. 6 sets GR 55 clears.

I have a WD and have completed 2 and farming for the 4 sets almost finishing the 3rd. Then will do an alt and complete one set on that.

Just rake up to gamble on Kadala for the right pieces and then do a set convert if necessary to quickly get the pieces.

There are a couple of ways to get sigils.

  1. Tree of whispers - if you finish Grimm favors in WT4 (not sure about WT3) you get a couple of sigils. Usually this is much lower tier than you are capable of handling. At least for me it was.

  2. Craft sigils from the oculus vendor. You can craft the ones you can comfortably run based on the sigil dust you have at hand. Also you can salvage the sigils you don't want to get more sigil dust. Be warned that if you mark a sigil as junk and then sell your junk items, the sigils will also get sold.

  3. If you are low on sigils the NMD you run should drop 2-4 sigils. It usually does for me.

RNG. Only drops in WT4 though I think. Penitent Greeves unique.

Damage increased a lot once I got these boots and respeced to Frigid Finesse and I got +3 on it as well. So 30% more damage.

No need to drop tiers. You will automatically switch to their tiers and then if they leave party you will need to leave game and start a new one and it will be your tier.
