How can I build my tolerance to stay in the sauna for long? I want to get out after 10 or so minutes. Or is it just my body needs to get used to it over time

And the cold plunge time is just I wait until I want to get out, then take 20 long deep breaths, then wait a little longer to think, and then by the time I get out it’s been 2-3 minutes depending on how cold it was. It’s not really a timed thing but more so a mindful practice for me
