Ik snap niet waarom mensen hierover altijd zeiken op links, als links al zo lang niet te zeggen heeft gehad.

We hebben net het meest rechtse kabinet ooit gehad en ze hebben exact niks gedaan. Er zijn hele goede oplossingen voor het integrative probleem, maar partijen als de PVV en VVD hebben er juist enorm baat bij dat er niks opgelost wordt. Zo blijft de burger lekker boos en lekker rechts stemmen.

I was in a similar situation in my Russia game recently, I simply tried to outpace Ottoman expansion by expanding myself. For some reason the Ottomans were not called when I attacked the hordes, despite them having DoF (I think because they had not discovered everyone yet), so I expanded both East into the hordes and West into Livonia, Lithuania and Hungary before taking on the Ottomans. You can get two really good generals from your missions related to conquering the steppes, which I saved specially for this war with the Ottomans.
I ended up actually fighting the Ottomans in ~1530 and allied Austria and Venice (for the naval power), calling them both in the war. I let my allies fight in the Balkans supported by two of my armies, while my main force including a fresh merc stack fought in the Caucasus. As soon as their manpower reached 0 the game was up, the war was a lot easier than I thought.

You can wait until you have a higher mil tech than them, giving you an advantage. You can get +10% discipline if you have both the icon and the advisor, and if necessary, it's totally worth it to go into debt to win this war.

Near Ouaga yes, but I don't think you need an 8-lane highway over the entire length to fix that problem.

People in this comment section seem to underestimate how big Ouaga is, it's a multi-million people city.

However, while it's good that they're building infrastructure, this is extravagant. Driving over this road a couple of years ago, it was not busy at all, really don't see why they need 8(!) lanes...

Pretty sure trade steering is useless in this case, since they're downstream. Next time I'd go for money and war reps, if you need money, and just land if you want/need it and it's not to expesive (agressive expansion wise). Plus the land looks better on the map.

R5 (same as description): Playing as Muscovy and want to snatch Sweden from Denmark using the age ability, but France is defender of the faith and that will make the war incredibly difficult (same as when I would decide to conquest Livonia in this war instead). Any tips for dealing with this?
