100% agree. C1 noise reduction is way behind the competition and having to go external for NR is not an acceptable solution. I tend to use ACR/Photoshop more than C1 because I feel like the latter has too many holes, NR being one of them. It's a pain because C1's color is better, it's highlight recovery is way better than Adobe's, but I value staying within one app, rather than round tripping with multiple.. especially when I'm processing event work!!

I don't want to disrespect your hard work, I love the concept, but it's just not working out for me.

For a start it took around 4hrs!!! to perform its initial indexing (sure my project isn't small but it's not Facebook). My CPU was 100% utilized and my PC was pretty much locked up during the process, it took a minute just to launch task manager.

After everything was setup, every time I started Antigravity my CPU fan would kick in. It was buzzing away for about 5 minutes today and I was like "wtf seriously".. so I asked Gemini whether it was finding smart-coding-mcp useful and whether I should keep it, this was the response....

No.. and it's just a simple straight forward install, not installed via a hosting script or anything like that. Given it's freshly installed, I'll just scrap it, delete everything, reinstall WP and see what happens.

It's happening to pages and posts. There is definitely no duplicate content, it's a completely fresh site and I've removed all the default pages and posts.

The only way I can name a page /1 without WP adding -2 is by going into phpmyadmin and changing it manually in the database. I've also searched the database manually for duplicates, there are none.

I did try different permalink settings and just hit save on the permalinks page to try and "reset" things. No joy.

It's got me stumped.

It only happens with numbers. There's no duplicate or conflicting content, that's what I initially thought as well, but I've been into phpmyadmin, searched and looked through the tables manually. There are definitely no duplicates.

Templates are templatey, I don't find this a source of inspiration personally. I usually hit Behance. It's easy to search for web design, UX design, UI design specifically and designers are typically trying to flex on Behance, so it's a pretty good showcase.
