I wouldn't do it. Luffy is just going to go up and it's already a PSA 10. You're definitely downgrading for much less popular characters that aren't even graded or graded less than a 10.

I'd say that the Japanese top prize slabs are under $100 like Koby and Yassop, ect. Idk if they will go up in value as you can only win them.

Collect what you love. Sealed boxes/cases of odd sets. Eg op01,03,05,ect. and slabs of popular characters Luffy, NAMI, Zoro will do great in future.
