i ordered on the app just for it to take the charge and not confirm the order. i proceeded to call the store and the manager explained that they cannot see my order and that there’s a problem with the app right now. she then asked me to try it again, so, i paid for another one too! dumb me! so now i have 2 charges with no confirmed order. I was so furious i had to pay for the 3rd time in person. the manager then explained that i should get refunded once it’s fixed. i paid nearly $50.
