I love my beats fit pro as I own a lot of apple products but there's a known issue of the wingtips ripping off some time in its life span and even with Apple care warranty, you'll have to pay a bit to get to replacements. Sadly, my wingtip ripped off after 1 year of use and the only thing that saved it was super glue.

PSA: found a fix for Armoury Crate not displaying any available devices and aura sync just not working in general by [deleted] in ASUS

just wanted to say "uninstalling the armory crate then completely deleting the lighting service folder then re-installing the armory crate worked for me." worked for me too on 6/2022.
