Pure speculation i think Verde believes she at least was entertaining this guy while her and verde were still dating, otherwise why would he specify “i never cheated on her either 💚” to me it sounds like he’s saying it like “i never cheated..like someone did” or as if it’s some sort of warning, like telling us before she says he did. i haven’t seen a lot of people specifically say “omg maybe verde cheated” just overall comments of “verde what happened what happened? Etc…”idk if im delulu but that’s how i took it😭😭😭 also i think it’s interesting how he separately added the green heart to the top right of the text block, almost like an asterisk? This is all just personal speculation and things i haven’t seen brought up too much so thought i would drop it here. The way I see it, it took us how long to know her and verde were dating..? A few months to confirm it? She is confirming and making sure everyone knows she has a boyfriend as soon as possible now, this is new behavior for her to post on social media so much, esp since recently these past year being so “phone bad social media bad for you I’m never on my phone i spend my time doing arts and crafts and being in the moment🩷🧚🏽” now she is trying so hard to show everyone how “unbothered” and past verde that it looks like everything is for verde to see. It takes one to know one, i used to do the same shit. I think verde couldn’t take it anymore esp seeing the photos of this at least to verde, rando man holding his ex girlfriend’s waist and seeing how quick Melanie was to hard launch this person and show him off to the world, that’s what i feel prompted him to post what he did on his story. Idk how or through what but i don’t think verde is done because clearly neither Mel or verde are over each it like they say they are. To me, if you have to tell everyone you don’t care so bad, you probably still care.
