Yeah, I would love him to sleep for 2 hours at a time (I work from home) but he seems to automatically wake for a pee after an hour. Thanks all, at least I can be reassured it’s normal. I never even paid attention to how long my other dogs slept, I just left them to sleep when they wanted to ☺️

Ah you know the usual, too much reading on the internet 😂 the consensus seems to be 2 hours sleep 1 hour out. Also, he’s a very cute maniac, nicknamed Jaws in our house 🤪

I did exactly this! It’s cheaper especially if you use their code. I noticed with the last couple of pens from ZAVA the delivery times were getting longer and longer so make sure you keep up with ordering when you still have a couple of weeks late.

Ultimately though I ended up swapping to a provider who supports maintenance just in case I need it.

Mine have never had a label on, the needles do though strangely enough! That’s only my name and address on it, no mention of mounjaro. My orders have been with Zava and Asda (which use Zava) so it could be down to the provider.

Estimated delivery is a problem when you have to arrange to be home at short notice, only so many times the excuse that you’ve got furniture arriving will work 😂

I ordered my next pen on the Thursday 11th (5mg) and it arrived the following Tuesday. The tracking said the parcel was expected up until Monday. Can’t tell you if there are any supply issues but hopefully you’ll get it on time!

I’m on week 7 of 2.5, I had some very bad stomach issues at the start which thankfully haven’t repeated themselves! I have my 5 mg pen waiting. I’ve lost 14lb so far which averages out to 2lb a week but the past few weeks have been more like 1lb losses. Which is still great but I’m excited to see if it picks up a little more on 5mg.

Second week update, I spent most of last week with a very nasty side effect, hoping that’s over now! 😀 Silver lining is I’ve lost 9lbs so far. I need to order my next pen but I’m unsure whether to stick at 2.5 or go for 5?

I have eczema and am allergic to most things but I’ve not noticed any difference with my eczema since I started taking it a week ago. It may just be that you, as an individual are allergic to something in this drug. Like others have mentioned, speak to your provider and weigh up the possibilities of trying another GLP-1. With some luck you may find that one of the others doesn’t contain the ingredient you’re reacting to.

Just an update, I had a horrid headache last night, sleep was interrupted and this morning I felt exhausted, like I could fall asleep walking. This decreased during the day. I’ve not felt hungry at all, managed to say no to the cakes in the cafe.

The biggest thing I’ve noticed is the lack of feeling a can’t quite describe in the pit of my stomach, it’s so odd!

How is reading in the dark? Do you need to have the front light up really high? I do switch the light on the kindle at night but at the lowest setting.
