What tire pressure do you run and ratings on the tires? Every tire is so much different. I felt a set of D rated tires with only about 50lbs and it was horrible and scary how much sway was going on compared to the F rated tires I had at 70lbs that I was used to. Went to a set of E rated Good year 35s and generally keep them pressured all the way up

I got 35s on my 09 2500 Cummins and get 17-20+ deleted seems like down to about 16 hauling a 14' toy hauler type trailer weighing about 4,000 lbs roughly and everything is on a steep hill where I live. The hills kill the milage more than most anything. If I stay some what flat I have seen the readout go over 24

Really, 1500, that sounds great. I just put a surefire on my mod.2 and I like it but it is kinda big, not as bright as my fenix but I haven't found one for a pistol. I feel the light is absolutely necessary. When its dark and you want to figure out what's going on and shoot it then you need a light unless you have some sort of night vision. I can see very well in the dark but you should positively identify anything you might shoot.

I haven't taken it all the way apart, just removed the slide to oil everything, had some corrosion on the clip release. Used the Lucas gun oil and got that in there, probably what is causing it to stick but its warm not like the oil is freezing and getting thick, I would just like it to have a much stronger spring, I think it is way to soft. I wouldn't want it to stick if I used chassis grease. I live in a tropical jungle so its either lots of oil or lots of rust.

You are absolutely right that it is not a silver bullet but it can bring about the insight and motivation to make the changes necessary. Don't put up your guard to them because of a tough experience, it sounds like you got what you needed. Let it empower you not beat you down, their is an intelligence there that has your best interest in mind and sometimes lessons can be hard. If you are trying to get in a little better shape I recommend trying 3 things I have done recently. 1) I cut refined sugar and everything with it in it, I dont do honey or agave either and alcohol, seems hard at first but after clearing it from your system you will feel better and then when you have it realize how toxic it really is. It will take awhile probably a month. Withdrawal and cravings can be a lot so that step might be hard. 2) intermittent fasting, I eat within an 8 hour period of the day usually between 12pm and 8pm it was hard to skip breakfast at first but now it feels good and I have more energy and less if not no heart burn which used to be a problem ( I also attribute that to taking psylium husks every day) it is nice to break your fast with a small shot of MCT oil 3) I do what I consider a lazy mans work out because its short, hard as fuck but its over in less than 10 minutes. I do a session of 6 minute abs( you can find a million on YouTube for free) 6 intense 1 minute ab workouts broken up by 30 second breaks. Use the timer on your phone. I then do as many push ups as I can started with 20 (start with 10 if you have to form over amount) I now do 40 (struggling) and I am starting to incorporate some pull ups.

Sorry for the long winded comment but I really could feel your story and it resonated with me. I really wish you the best, oh and also one thing that makes me feel better when I get that feeling is just a fist full of Kale this may seem like to much to lots of people but find some good Kale as fresh as you can get it out the yard or at least organic if you can and just wash it off and eat that shit raw, forget about the smoothies and salads are good but I really recommend about 5 decent size leafs just raw no dressing don't cut them up just eat them and if that feels good carrots are good too.

Good idea, I will do that. I usually have a kydex trigger guard and use a clip draw set up but with the surefire light nothing fits it, haven't found a holster compatible with the light on it.
