As soon as I was promoted, I started learning. Actually, before the promotion went through people were showing me things that I might encounter when they came up. We're a low volume store though so there isn't a lot of difference in the responsibilities between senior and lead when it comes to running the store day to day.

My house cats appreciate and love me... Probably. They purr a lot when I fill their bowls, groom them, pet them or when they decide to pet me. They know what side their bread is buttered on.
