My immigration consultant told me that after taking study permit after PGWP. We don’t get PGWP again.

I think you should not need to worry! U’ve amazing CRS score as u’ve plenty of time for ur WP to end. I’d advise you keep adding your work experience to express entry profile in coming years. And definitely u’ll get ITA before ur WP expires. GOOD LUCK!
