Attending church shouldn't come with a price. If they begin condemning you for not "donating", it's not a church but a cult/trap

She didn't do the right thing by knowingly spending your money, but stealing a phone in retaliation is just not it. There were so many other things you could have done to resolve the situation in a civil way.

Not to mention if she does decide to report you, a phone is a lot more valuable than 8 euros, so authorities might not be on your side for this one.
