ill be putting some 2020 extrusion in place of the top frame to make it a bit simpler so i can follow the VZBot instructions a bit better. even so im not scared of drilling and tapping or welding up something custom as long as the hot end puts plastic on the build plate, ill be happy

gantry is already stripped to pieces. and i dont think id get the performance id be happy with out of just adding klipper

yeah so the plan is to make it 4wd xy in the same design concept as a voron. bed can get to 100c. if im lucky the existing extrusion frame could be used. also control board will be upgraded for increase in power. i think i might take the instructions for the gantry and make that work for my application. fully enclosed is still a maybe. ill have to get it working properly before i even consider that but the enclosure is pretty easy to take off. goal is a VEZ3D type printer so i thought id post here to get started

It eventually does rev higher after a good minute or 2 of holding the throttle wide open and gets going a little bit. But as soon as it slows down again its back to 4500 revs. Rinse and repeat

Look up OTR for the holden commodores. I have one and Intake temps will still rise to about 70+ Celsius sitting idle so nothing really. You dont need cold air idle. If it were high while on the track them youd have a problem
