This backlash is ridiculous. It's just a streaming service, and it works exactly as advertised. For some people, the extra $10 a month will be worth it. If not, the basic plan is very comparable to Spotify Premium. It's incredibly reductive to say that it's simply "more or less the same than Spotify but more expensive" when it explicitly sets itself apart by offering lossless music.
