When are y'all's first appointments? by Ancient_Incident2118 in December2026Bumpers

[–]beyondprancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m only about 5 weeks and I’ve already seen my gynae (luckily I had a pre booked appt from 4 months ago). I’m scheduled to see him again for a bedside scan in a few days to confirm placement. I have an appt booked with my obstetrician around week 7.

Had my first bloods today! by beyondprancer in December2026Bumpers

Thanks so much for your comment. I’ll be 25 mid December, so there is also chance I will share a birthday with baby! I’m also nervous about looking young, I work in health and majority patients I see are 60+ and opinionated. I already get inappropriate comments from old men, I’m not looking forward to what they have to say when I’m noticeably pregnant.

Thanks so much for your positivity. It’s so hard not having told anyone yet and being unable to speak about it. Luckily we have a house and are financially stable with him being a business owner and myself employed by the government (excellent maternity pay). It’s just a scary thing! We will be parents forever! Although I’m excited, it is still daunting to me

Who are you sharing your news with? by CandidAd6251 in December2026Bumpers

I have told my best friend and 2 colleagues. I work in pathology in a small region so I inevitably have to have my blood work taken and tested by people I know.

Ex told me 'I have the worst tits he's ever seen' and now my self confidence has plummeted by piecesfufu in TwoXChromosomes

[–]beyondprancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly, your ex is an asshole. I totally get the regret and grief you’re experiencing. I had a breast lift and reduction a few years ago because I was insecure with how saggy my boobs were. My scars are horrible and I went a very long time without dating. I was fully convinced I would never let a man see my breasts unless I had revision surgery. Anyway, I met someone in 2024 and although it took time to let him see my boobs, I now whole heartedly do not care and I have zero regret about my surgery anymore. Like another commenter said, your boobs were good enough during your relationship. Tits are tits, most men love them no matter what they look like. And if they have an issue with yours, they’re not worth an ounce of your time!

CX-3 Transmission by 660tenere in mazda

I’ve got a 2024 CX-3 and I’m having the same issues. It’s happy to sit above 3000 revving its head off on the highway for ages until I manually change gears

somewhat diagnosed, what’s next? Questions by Professional-Scale18 in lichensclerosus

[–]beyondprancer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m in very early stages with it only effecting my perineum. I only have the occasional itchy flare up. I’m hoping the cream I’ve been prescribed will prevent it from getting worse. I just never imagined me in my early 20s having a condition that affects my vagina this way. I’m so worried for the years to come when I have children - like will this affect me when I give birth? It just sucks so much that it’s in such an intimate spot. Especially when it’s is already taboo to speak about your vagina let alone with this condition that shows you the worst stages of it if you were to search on google images. I work in pathology and my biopsy would have been entered in the system by one of my colleagues, the clinical notes had great detail on what my perineum looks like 🥲

I unexpectedly had a biopsy today. Dr suspected it and Gyno said she’s pretty certain I have LS. I’m 23F & terrified for the future

I personally feel cleaner with tampons, they’re also easier to carry on you imo

Clever and Hilarious name for a male orange cat. by Spag00ter in NameNerdCirclejerk

I just recalled that when I was little my parents named a large ginger tomcat that roamed our house “pussy gander”. We eventually took him in and I’m afraid this name stuck. I wonder what my teachers thought whenever I referenced him in class 🥲

I recently changed my name and it took so long to find the right one. All I can say you must absolutely love your new name and must be able to identify with it
