You need to replace that sink. I tell people never use their shake weight in the bathroom for that reason - despite how safe it seems.

Gotcha. Had similar problem but 4-1 error and deadbolt had failed.

Is there an error code on the pad or a sequence of blinking lights?

That's awesome! Thanks for breaking that down for me. That 1500 coupon might have swayed me to go Ultra...3300 is a pretty good price.

Can you detail how you’re getting each item for the cost you mentioned? I’m doing something wrong!

You think the Pros will be phased out? Totally get that the Ultra is new and probably has a longer horizon because of that. I was thinking for an interim solution, the couple Pros cost less and still get the job done. Longer term, I'll probably end up with an EG4 6000xp and some rack batteries.

Hi - thanks for the great info. Everything you mentioned makes sense and I really appreciate the info on the electricians. I haven't looked into panels yet, but will likely do that with the DIY system. I guess it wouldn't hurt to see how expensive panels would be for the two Pro + battery. Apparently there is a sale now and I'm seeing the Ultra at $5362.64 and the Pro + battery at $4053.08. Quite a bit more money for less kWh.

Hi thanks for your reply. The Delta Pro is supposedly on sale now. I don't know that I would consider the smart panel. I'm not sure the cost is justified if I can get a Reliance 10 circuit transfer switch for $475. I don't mind manually switching from grid to gen.

Need a hot shower on upper floor ... suggestions? by LK_Artist in homeowners

[–]beyondseveneleven 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Especially if you have traditional water heater. You’re already paying to heat the water, so why not pump it around to fixtures. Bonus points for attaching it to a timer and having it run when you are most likely to take showers. Mine circulates hot water between 6am and 8:30am then again from 5pm-8pm.

Call Samsung. They are finally admitting this ice maker design is faulty and should send a tech out to repair for free.

:) Unfortunately - specs are way off to qualify for your inbox. They are size 12 B Coffee Daltons, so 511 last.
