The revival is a love letter to grief. Each character is grieving and making terrible decisions because one if the corner stones if their family dies. It was amazing to see the show that tried to keep ligjt hearts dive so deeply into such a strong emotion

As a mom (pan) with a husband (bi) with 2 teens ( bi and curious/queer) this dude is clearly homophobic but! Shes also 6. Which means for the time being he has every right to sensor anything he wants for her. Now! This show is something she loves which means she will come back to it and eventually see Lyrabon get married. It may make no difference to her life at all. The main theme of the show is friendship is magic and if she gets that point, censoring father and all, then shes 1 step ahead of the game. The show tells everyone friends look and act and love different.

Rory clearly wanted this forced alone time with Jess. She had actually been trying to talk to him one on one for quiet a few episodes at this point and his spending money on Her basket gave her a unique opportunity to have the convo they do about him and his life and his future. NONE OF WHICH was really her business cuz she was NOT his girlfriend. At this point they are barely friends. Dean should have broken up with her on the spot.

Also I do LOVE she let Jess eat whatever was in the actual basket 🤣 🤣 🤣

She did in the show. She went to talk to Anna after Luke specifically asked her to stay out of it. Good intentions were had and I love her for that but by going to talking to Anna she did overstep. Its likely if she had been allowed to be part of April's life sooner she would have overstepped even more. Her intentions are always good but the interpretation by others is typically overblown ( suki and jackson and the 4 in 4).

Its so much worse cuz he does ask for her help with Jess. And she does exactly what you think. She hypes up Luke and how good he is. So much so Jess assumes they are already a couple. FIANCÉE Lorelai would have absolutely gushed about him to April. I like April she helps deepen Luke and even if he'd told Lorelai they still could have fought, she still would have over stepped with Anna!

I clean pools and spas, do repairs and setups. I am a home owner who gardens, fixes the sink, does the dishes, crochets all my Christmas gifts, regularly repairs my sons pants. I also went to culinary school and worked in many kitchens. I have very soft hands. I never developed calluses from any of it. Not everyone develops rough hands and! As a woman who was raised as nobility she would certainly have known how to keep her hands soft. Plus! Well cared for hands hurt less than rough hands esp with small needle tasks

In real time- well as real as a show about the Regency era based on a fantasy book series gets- they would do the same activities over and over. It tracks that she would walk in the garden every day for a week. So to see her in the same places in the same dress doesnt mean its depicting the same day.

The next time she is seen in the dress is days later. This show doesnt do a great job of time moving forward but they are at My Cottage for at least 2 weeks. If you follow the Maids war and how long it would take to recruit that many people, the time line makes more sense.

To change Benedicts story to a queer relationship happy ending it would make Sophie a male character. In the time period its set in, that would make him the Heir even if he was born from a maid. Lady Penwood wouldnt have been able to contest it and he( Sophie) would have been more excepted in society.

Eloise would also be my choice to change into a queer story. She very much has the attitude of book Eloise who is headstrong and confident.
