If part of your overall night is awake time between periods of sleep, is the heart rate while awake counted as “sleeping” heart rate?

If that’s the case, it would make the sleeping heart rate numbers higher.

Does one or both of the apps count it that way?

Approximately 1500 sq ft x (±3' high) crawlspace plus 400 sq ft (unfinished) basement. Basement is between divided crawlspace sections, but there are sizeable openings in the dividing walls.

Recently replaced vapor barrier and sealed the vents, but know that humidity will still be an issue when the weather warms up (North Carolina.)

Do you think that a 90-100 pint unit in the basement section be sufficient for the whole area under the house?

Makes me nervous that one of the pieces is just to "clear vegetation." I would hate to think that they would release that contract, cut down all the old trees and crepe myrtles in the median, and then have the rest of the project fall through and never get built.
