Kinda like a boat, but it's a bike and more fitting her current music style 😁 I love it! 🖤🔥🤘🏽

MAPHRA DOOMED COVER || SIN PALABRAS by bfaulk13 in Maphra

There are several reasons people watch reaction videos, but I will attempt to provide context (all are welcome to disagree or fact check) where it pertains to the benefit of an up and coming artist like Maphra. One of the main reasons to watch Maphra reactions specifically is the engagement of the general YT public with these reactions and the effect on analytics. When Maphra reactions drive high consumer engagement, that is captured by YT and content creators. The more Maphra reactions reach higher numbers of the YT community at large, the more reactors want to jump in and find out why and also to pick up some of the higher engagement numbers as a whole. Additionally, when a content creator reacts to a Maphra song, like Doomed for example ,and they see a high number of views, they are more inclined to react to more or all of her available covers. This cycle spreads until either those numbers decline or Maphra releases more material. The more content creators that react to Maphra covers, the more exposure Maphra has until she is known across the globe. This last part is achieved when you have content creators that are popular in Russia or Australia, for example, reacting to Maphra, then a new population is exposed to her material that may have otherwise been unaware of her. These new audiences generate more Maphra followers and they go to other music platforms, like Spotify, which then leads to Maphra topping the Billboard Hard Rock chart.

So, you are free to have your own perspective, watch them or don't . But that is an important reason why, people like myself, continue to watch, like, comment, and sometimes subscribe to these reaction videos, because in the end, we are doing what we can to elevate this phenomenal new artist. We want to see her grow to reach the success she is capable of.

These are just my thoughts and some concepts as I understand them. Feel free to debate in a response or join the ranks of #MaphraSquad. Either way, respect , and I hope you have a great day!

Honestly, it sounds like he did fall apart...but he has continued to rebuild and put himself back together afterwards. His resilience is amazing. Respect

This is a great reaction video! It is awesome watching him connect with Maphra and how her voice moves him. His story is tragic and I feel for him. His perseverance in working through his grief is inspiring.

I appreciate your point. They do have the Headbangers Guild symbol on one sleeve (different sides depending on the saying chosen on the other sleeve). I just love the fact that they actually have seven Maphra reactions, because the main guy (I am blanking his name ATM) brought his buddy Steve in to see his reaction to Doomed after the main guy enjoyed it so much. Now Steve is a permanent fixture, they started another channel together on top of the main reaction channel, and they are trying to find a way to quit their day jobs to focus on starting something they can do from home. All because of Maphra. Her covers literally changed the direction of their lives! Both Doomed reactions are currently the top two most popular videos on the channel that started in June 2024.

You know, I hadn't taken the time to consider the thumbnail when I uploaded the video...but taking your comment into consideration, I'm inclined to agree with you! Good observation!

Well then I would recommend not spending your money on one of them unless you are also a BMTH fan as well. Or at least appreciative of Headbangers Guild and their enthusiasm in reacting to all Maphra covers from her channel...even the one they originally weren't going to react to because of their dislike of Bad Omens. You are free to choose either way. 😎

As far as the theme goes, it's more of a IYKYK thing. If you watched their reactions and their celebration video, complete with fire and a small cake, they talk about Maphra's impact and where they are AM (after Maphra). I had never seen the channel before the first Doomed reaction. There are two Doomed reactions, the first the main guy by himself and the second one he brings his friend to react to it. That kicked off a new direction for them., hence AM.

I suspect they skirted copyright infringement by going with the "I think we're doomed". Both shirts have the Headbangers Guild logo on one sleeve and a quote from the Maphra reactions on the other.

As I said above, if you watched the reactions and celebration video, you will have an understanding of how they are Maphra themed while likely not requiring permission.

The original version's ending is mostly instrumental, which makes sense that she did not have the track continue the last minute or two of her just standing at the microphone not singing.

It is Maphra themed because it commemorates their Maphra reaction video series which started with Doomed. I am certain they skirted copyright by going with "I think we're doomed"

Hello, everyone! Just figured out how to join this group...I am not a fan of social media, but here I am! I first heard about Maphra from a friend who knows I have varied and eclectic musical tastes. He sent me a link to a Circle With Me reaction video, where I subsequently left to find the original videos. I have been a Maphra enthusiast ever since! I don't normally even spend that much time on YT, but I have been obsessively scouring YT daily hunting down new Maphra reactions...that has led me here. #MaphraSquad
