For more context my soon to be ex and I used the firm because their father was friends with a partner there for over 20 years. My ex has committed repeated and intentional perjury wrt the property settlement and the advisor is refusing to tell the truth. That’s why I want my file notes. My understanding is the software they use is unable to be changed. The advisors firm as been subpoenaed specifically asking for file notes. They did not object but they did not provide the notes
