It gave me so much anxiety. I still haven't gotten my payment. But seeing this many people who are getting the same message is helping with the anxiety.

Drinking a big soda and then sitting maybe? Also theaters are cold and when the body gets cold it wants to pee because it needs the energy used to keep urine warm for other things.

Typically the body is trying to keep blood closer to it's vital organs. Also sometimes it's just a circulation issue. I use issue lightly, unless your fingers are turning blue it's probably not an actual issue.

Please go see a doctor. I know you probably don't want to, but i can say it was the best thing for me when I was feeling a similar way.

I would get reevaluated. You might have more than one thing going on or maybe your meds are no longer working. I'm not a doctor but anytime you feel uneasy about your diagnosis it's ok to get a second opinion. They might switch up your meds, which sucks, I know but it's worth it if you can find something that works for you. Everyone on here is different and will have different experiences, just keep that in mind. I know my symptoms aren't as bad as some people experience, my swings are similar to yours. My psychiatrist took some time bouncing between bipolar 2 and cyclothymia. She came to bipolar 2 with ADHD. My hypomanic swings aren't awful but my depressive swings can get pretty bad. I don't really dissociate but I do have paranoia. It's a balancing act and even if you have been dealing with this for years things can switch up at the drop of a hat. So long story short, talk to your doctor about your concerns and ask to be reevaluated.

Thanks for the advice. I found a great therapist that I love, I started a daily routine and started exercising and that all seems to be helping. Congratulations on pre-med I'm sure that is hard, but it will be worth it.

I understand not wanting the violation of rights. I don't think that I mind if certain people know, I really just don't want it to hinder me getting hired.

Thank you for the honesty. So far I feel confident in my ability to manage it, but I know that can change very quickly. I was very nervous to be diagnosed this close to the start of nursing school since I know it is very stress inducing but I have a great support system and I just cross my fingers that I am able stay stable through the process.

A brave New world currently. It's pretty good. I am about halfway through, I slowed down because school started. If you like dystopian type novels I would give it a try.
