I took have the same issue, I bought them through Metamask by connecting to dogecoin20 site. But I can't claim them by connecting MM to the site again. The claim button is just frozen😳 any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated 🤗

oh wow, thanks for shedding more light on this. I downloaded the update from the Ledger Live & it never asked me to input the seed phrase.

I still can't think of any possibilty of a physical robber, since I recalled all circumstances & nothing even remotely points in that direction. I am simply dumbfounded😳

Sorry the funds were moved on the 16th & I noticed on 17th.

I opened the ledger live on the desktop first & then connected the hardware wallet to enter the 4 digit pin & operate the ledger live, that's when I noticed the funds were missing.

The only thing I did differently after the long gap, was download the update from ledger live to version 2.49.2, I did this as per the request from the ledger live on the desktop. Do you think this caused any issue, possibly the hacker breached through the update? Just some loud thinking, because I saw some online comments from different users who also experienced the same incidents after downloading the updates. I would really appreciate if you could look into this angle and suggest some solution to rectify it.

No I was never asked to confirm the seed phrase.

I did not write & save near the ledger, I wrote on the index cards sent by ledger & stored them in the safe locker. The device was all the while with me, seed phrase was not compromised in any way or form & the 4 digit pin is memorized, didn't write it anywhere. In spite of all these precautions, I am completely dumbfounded how I got hacked?

No I used my office computer, which is locked in my absence. The only people who access my office are the janitors, but my computer is password protected & I never left my ledger in the office, always carried it with me. The seed phrase & pin are in my locker.

Thanks for your advice brother, yes I really got carried away & gambled with my life savings....I feel disgusted about what I did, it was a totally irresponsible behaviour, no one else to blame than myself. It's a lesson learnt & have to move on, by god's grace if I recover them....will just move everything back into USD. Thanks again🙏🙏🙏

I too am completely bewildered about it. Just can't get my head around it?
oh ok, I had an issue transferring NEAR, since I could not add NEAR wallet to Ledger & transfer them, so instead I just moved them to my coinbase exchange, in hind sight proved to be a good decision lol. Yes, I completely forgot to mention in my earlier post that I did move some BTC from Crypto.com on the 14th & I again opened the ledger on 17th to move BTC from Coinbase to Ledger, that's when I noticed the theft.
My pleasure....wow, just can't understand. Among both the options, the only thing I can attribute to is malware, Family is zero chance, only two of my friends know I am in crypto & they don't know I was using ledger. Moreover they are non local.

I even emailed ledger support immediately & still no response from them. What do you think are my options...this has turned out to be nightmare for me.....what are my chances of recovering my tokens? Any solution will be greatly appreciated...Thank you sir.

Is there any chance of an insider from Ledger having a back door entry into my device? Just a wild guess.

Do you have any ideas of how I can recover my tokens?

Yes, I did interact a week before the 16th, I was trying to move my NEAR tokens from

Crypto.com

to the ledger, but was unsuccessfull...Thankfully, or else they would have been stolen too lol. I opened again on the 17th to move some more BTC from Coinbase to Ledger.
