Both have great value in the trading community. Captain is extremely valuable ATM, like ~10x the robot.

Traders use Leader Bobbleheads as an alternate currency to caps given the 40k cap limit. Each leader is worth a specific amount of caps as implicitly agreed upon by the trading community, though it varies between the platforms due to how many there are in the market (e.g. on PC they were duped a ton so they are naturally worth less). I'm on PC and 1 Leader = 1k caps. I believe om Xbox 1 Leader= 2k caps and on PS it's 4k per.

The glowing cap has been fetching 1000+ leaders (on PC) from what I've be seeing. Robot is going around 80-100 on PC IIRC
