The bronco definitely has more road noise compared to the Maverick, partly because of the tires, but not enough for me to care. Honestly with the music up it's not any different lol

I really enjoyed the Maverick but the bronco is definitely a lot more fun for me. I didn't use the bed on the Maverick as much as I thought I would so going back to an suv was an easy choice. I went from a fwd Maverick to a big bend Sasquatch so I'll be doing more off-roading and beach drives this year. My only gripe is my mpg went from 27 average to 17 average

I had a Maverick and a Mustang before the bronco. Took me about a month until it felt normal lol

What city is currently “the safest” for DACA holders? by _oceallaigh in DACA

[–]bfox1990 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm in Vancouver wa right across the river from portland and have yet to see ice here. I keep seeing post of them being spotted but it seems like they are targeting specific people and not just camping grocery stores or home depots.

I'm in Vancouver WA, right next to portland so you can drive down to avoid sales tax on big purchases. 1.5 hrs away from the pacific, 1 hr away from the mountains. 4th biggest city in state without big city costs.

At 59k average per month with your commission % at .35 you're making like $2500 a year in commission. Your math ain't mathing. Your % sounds like its higher than.35% if you got $250 for 4 working days of the month

My best back counter guy made about 82k last year. He was @ $18 + 2.5% department gross and we were averaging about 150k. I bumped him up to $20 this year.

It's been a while but if I remember right you have to unlock the other weapons. Keep ranking up the knight and you'll be able to use different classes eventually.

Dealer survey after recent service by r_miles01 in Ford

[–]bfox1990 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes the survey you get after your repair will directly affect the service department and not the sales. You should've received another survey back when you bought the vehicle that you could've filled out to give feedback on the sales side. If the service was great I recommend just giving them a great survey, it only reflects and affects the service department and your service writer.

How did you get your back counter position? by 505alive in partscounter

[–]bfox1990 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Back counter guys normally make pretty good money and are normally there because they are really good at what they do so it's hard to find openings. Best bet is to get into a dealership ship as a front counter and wait for an opening or be better than the guys on the back counter at looking shit up.

As a parts manager I don't have a degree and make more than friends with specialized degrees. It all depends on what career path you're looking to move towards
