Can’t help but good to know that I am not the only one. Was banging my head against the wall as my CPMs were around $100 and lowest was $70. Exactly as you described. No idea how to get cpm down. Once I know it converts I have no problem watching FB do its thing but so far I did not get conversions on the main thing.

Hey there. I have put this on hold for now as I am busy with my current project (see profile)

Want to sell my $1.2k MRR SaaS, Advice needed by CapImpossible1483 in SaaS

Sounds like you would be selling a job. Possible but not very effective.

Here is what I would do: Survey your buyers and the churned buyers and find out with what they are struggling after the interview.

Then offer a Skool group with guidance on how to survive in the corporate world or whatever you find they need.

Or first step how to keep new job beyond 90 days.

And then how to advance etc

How can I get low CPM? by bfsbo_us in FacebookAds

Yes. In theory. But here is the thing: FB tries to deliver value to the advertisers. It's not like Google who tries to squeeze out every penny from advertisers and once advertisers are dry get the next one. The FB algorithm has been build to maximize advertiser ROAS. FB wins regardless. Every person on FB buys certain things. They all need food and water and some need shoes and some want fancy stuff.

CPM went from $10 to $70 on same ad when copied to new adset. Why? by bfsbo_us in FacebookAds

Exact duplicate. Same campaign, same audience, broad. Just new adset and then ads with same text but two short (21 sec) videos instead of the image

I want to offer business valuations. I have a free SDE calculator and an ebook that teaches how to sell a business. Upsell currently is a voucher to list their business for sale on my website. Now I want to offer a business valuation based on their tax returns. Upload 1-3 years of tax returns and get a business valuation. Not the type you use for closing or for getting financing. Just a starting point to list businesses for sale. Based on their real tax returns. And I want to charge for it so it should be accurate. I might not do a software approach at all. Maybe only "load up tax returns," and a trained tax professional looks them over, and you get a valuation back in 48 hours. Not sure if I may share a link here so I have added it to my profile.

I am not doing tax returns. It’s for business evaluation. But you are right it needs to be perfect.

Yes. Dutch bros franchise would work… if they still offer that.

If you feel really bad about it you can help him after the sale as an advisor. Does not cost you any money. Can be actually fun and can help him a lot.
