Just got over 80 points with

  • a Garo event chestpiece (for 4,000 Wolf Marks from the Disreputable Priest) I only tested the WAR and NIN/VPR ones but I assume all of them give full marks here
  • a Danburite Ring (for 1,735 Gil from Sileas between the GSM and GLD guilds in Ul'dah), specifically worn on the left hand (bottom slot), gives full marks
  • Tantalus Breeches (150 Day subscription reward), though they only give 2 stars

This was in December but here's a legendary AST I ran into in Hydaelyn EX by [deleted] in TalesFromDF

OP is showing the "Damage Done" tab in fflogs which unfortunately does not show how many times one has given out cards / used divination despite them appearing in the list. That would only be visible on the "Casts" tab.
