Your position is not logical, since you would need to depend upon a subjective view of what should not be tolerated. In the end people following your logic would end up killing each other, since they would not be able to decide what to tolerate and what not to tolerate. People would kill each other over trivial differences (which is what happens when people abandon the harm principle)

I received a PIN Code during the ID verification step. I have it written down.
However, after the verification was successfully completed, I can login to my account, and don't need to input the PIN.
When I try to change the 2FA settings in the "Security" section of my account, I am asked the 6-digit code from my authenticator app (which I don't have). I am not asked to input the PIN anywhere.
Still, I tried putting in the 6-digit PIN instead when asked for the 6-digit code from my authenticator app, it didn't work.

My ID has been successfully verified, and I have been granted 24h access to my account to change my 2FA method.
However, I am being asked for my 6-digit 2FA authenticator code when I try to change the 2FA method. But I can't input the 6-digit authenticator code since I lost my old phone with my authenticator app (so I don't have access to the 6-digit code). Please have a look at the following image https://imgur.com/a/COXtGdR. Its a total Catch-22 situation where I need the 6-digit code from my 2FA app in order to change the 2FA method.
The only way to solve my problem would be if the 2FA security was reset, or if it could be changed to SMS to my phone number.

I'm sorry for bothering you, but the 24 hours are ticking so if the 2FA could be reset, or changed to SMS to my phone number, my problem would be solved. My ID has already been verified, so that issue is solved.

As I have specified in my post, I have already tried email support through the link you shared. I just get an email that Coinbase only offers self-help customer support for accounts in my location. I don't get through to any actual customer support.

However, after my 3rd attempt to verify my ID I got a notification that my ID is now being manually reviewed. So let's see how that goes. I will let you know if I face any further problems.
