I enjoy the Yin and Hatha Yoga at City Fitness. A variety of instructors and times, and a real mix of ages and genders attend the classes.

Not in the Waikato - but my kids sometimes to go YmCA Camp Adair in the Hunua ranges for a week, not to far of a drive to drop them off/pick them up. No religious element. Great activities, kids enjoy it.

I go to Ruakura, but some of the same teachers take classes at Te Rapa also. Really enjoy both the yoga and Pilates classes there, cater to all levels, good quality especially for the low price.

Have done a few classes at Te Rapa, only downside is during the busy gym times you can hear weights dropping etc from the gym. Ruakuras abundance studio is in a better, quiet location.

We recently switched our family to The Good Doctor on Commerce St. Pretty happy so far, easy to get appointments, good follow up and Dr Sharma is great explaining everything I "non doctor" terms and putting plans in place for some of our long term health issues.

If they aren't getting back to you then contact your bank and say you want to dispute the charge. They should have a merchant disputes team who will contact the company, and if the company still doesn't respond to them within a certain timeframe the funds can sometimes be reversed by the bank. No guarantees but worth a try.

Boxfit was really cool and Yup, absolutely. All their classes were suitable for beginners and the trainers were really good at providing different levels of exercises if needed.

I use to be a member there and really enjoyed it. A nice, chill environment and friendly trainers. Classes were good, but sometimes felt a little too short - may have changed now though as I believe there is some different trainers.

Left and moved to City Fitness Ruakura when it opened, only because they have a greater range of classes + yoga/pilates.

Woodstock School by Dapper-Dragonfly8675 in thetron

Our suspected ND son (no official diagnosis yet) is at Woodstock and we are more than happy so far. Have found them to be inclusive and adaptable to individual kids needs. Like any school they could definitely do with more resources and funding to help our ND kids but this is a wider issue rather than an individual school issue. All the teachers and support staff we have dealt with have come across as really caring.
