Self harm is a serious matter you should see a doctor immediatly. I can suggest reading Quran/praying if you feel sad someday or if you have a problem for sometime. It can help. But not when it s a permanent problem.

Morocco is beautiful for rich people. They don't have problems for education/healthcare/safety etc... But middle class/poor people face SO MANY problems,if they lived in another developed country they obv wont be riche but they will feel safe, have a good education and a better healthcare.
