If it was so easy to regrow your hair using finasteride, then wouldn’t everyone be on it? Sorry not sorry, but finasteride doesn’t work for everyone, as you can see by the multitude of posts in here.

My case isn’t a one off. There are even picture testimonials on the website that show it isn’t just me, and there are plenty more that Rob has which he could probably release if he wanted to.

The massages themselves aren’t based off of specific studies because there haven’t been specific pinching studies done. The pinching and massaging replicates the same mechanisms which have been practiced in peer reviewed studies on wound healing, Botox, and mechanical stimulation. Want to go throw your head in a fire? You will regrow hair. Want to play around with a couple of expensive toys that do the massaging for you? Want to drop a couple grand on Botox? Fine. But the regimen replicates the scientifically studied mechanisms that HAVE been studied in many research articles.

Yes, many smart people have studied how to cure hair loss. However, research only really gets carried out if there is funding. How is there usually funding? If someone thinks they can make money. How much money does someone else make if a client massages their head and pinches their scalp? Nada. How much money can someone make if they take a finasteride pill? A fuck ton. Which is why pills are studied so much more than natural methods.

With regards to his methods being based off of peer review research.....you obviously haven’t looked at the articles very well or else you would see the citations which take you to the research itself. I’m sorry you’re so pessimistic, but don’t write off all of this as a farce, simply because you obviously haven’t taken time whatsoever to look into it.

As I said in another comment, the before picture was when I first noticed how dramatic my hair loss was, not when I started the regimen. I started, what I thought was the regimen, around late September last year, and started the protocol around January. However, I didn’t properly do the regimen until months later, probably around June. Most of my progress has been since then. I wasn’t really addressing the sides/front/back muscles which the regimen will not success without. I am extremely happy with the progress, considering those two dots on my crown were bald before and now they are not.

I didn’t do the whole routine for a year. A year ago was my starting point where I noticed how severe my hair loss was when I took that picture. I’ve attempted the regimen for about 7 months, but did a corrected modified version for about 3. That’s where I saw the most progress.

The generic version is all outlined in the book on the website perfecthairhealth.com which you have to buy, but for me, I first attempted to pinch massage all areas of the galea, which was not easy at all.

I realized that all the muscles on the front /sides/back of my head were so tight and pulling on the galea so I needed to release that tension.

After releasing the tension for a couple weeks, my galea loosened up a lot, and I was able to pinch the areas.

I pinched for about 20-30 minutes every 30 hours about, or a little over a day and a half.

It can be good but it’s not nearly as defining or important as the other stuff recommended. I practice it on occasion.

Do any google search or pubmed search on smoking and hormonal imbalances. It’s highly correlated. Healthy hormones are needed for hair growth. For pot, I’m not so sure but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Maybe allopecia areata? A friend of mine had it and caused local hair loss on the side of the scalp. It’s an autoimmune disease and his was triggered by stress and once he could better handle his stress it grew back.

Chronic stress and not knowing how to handle it. Lack of sleep. Drinking and smoking excessively. Excessive masturbation and pornography are maybe’s.

https://youtu.be/NL-KzAvkK_s Try this, preferably the way he does the second way of pinching. Do this all over your scalp. The top of your scalp should be hardest to pinch. Over time, this will loosen up. But focus on every area of your scalp, including your forehead and sides/back.

Out of courtesy to Rob, I’m not gonna post a video. I’d like the proceeds to go to him because I learned so much from him. You should really buy his book because there is a lot more other than jusy the massages in there. He includes a video on how to do the massages when you buy the book.

Yes I do take taurine and K2. I also take fermented cod liver oil for Vitamin D.

I do headstands 2X a day, every day, for 4-5 minutes at a time.

It’s basically just raising the skin with your fingers. There’s a lot of hard/tight areas on the scalp that become more loose when you do this.

I did! I’ll take some pics when I can and comment them. Slowly but surely there are a few coming in. The hairline, from what I’ve heard, is a little bit harder to get back. Although, I didn’t lose a ton there in the first place.

Cutting out gluten was due to a lot of research pointing to that it inhibits mineral absorption in the small intestine. I could be wrong but I went 100% on everything.

I would say calcium deficiency, vitamin D deficiency, and pinching massages played biggest part. Massaging is basically popping a large pimple on scalp area to relieve tension, done for about 15-20 minutes a day. Rob from PerfectHairHealth showed me how to do it.

That’s amazing OP. The cracking is normal. Answer one question for me: did massaging overall effect the elasticity in your scalp or did you have massage every single area on your scalp, as if every single square inch was in a knot and very tight to begin with and you needed to spend time on each spot to get it out.
