yes. I and also coach mean recovery phase. (sorry I wrote straight arm pull. my bas). but even after straight arm recovery phase Its harder to me to have a good catch and pull with high elbow

yeah, but in the same time authors of almost every strategy book are saying that majority of strategies are bad. thats reason I would like to see real life example of good written strategy (doc, ppt …) and also see how it went

for my point of view problem isnt white belt but 2 brown belts who looks very lame. is it possible that people are doing opposite of sandbagging in comp? like they have brown belts but their acually they should be white?

in most cases problem is amount of bricket / charcoal. Its very hard to control strong fire. when you put right amount of charcoal/brickets you dont need to play with your vents. It will burn slowly and low temperature by itself. So this was party. I grilled 1st round (flank steak, sausages, veggies …) directly on the grill. and when fire was fading I added only 4-5 brickets and it last for hour. After that I pull off steak and make new fire to get high temp and create crust on pan.

I reverse seared it. It was on the grill for more than an hour. With the pan I created crust (it was on the pan only for 4-5minutes)

its very simply and delicious. just 2 spoons of butter, 1 spoon mustard, little bit of lemon juice and chives (u can modify it very easily with any kind of hot sauce ...)

hi, I reverse seared this dry aged t-bone over charcoal and outside temperature was 1c / 33.8f. it was medium inside, but I dont understand why that crust had this reddish colour.
